Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices are up from last November to $938,000, a 35.4% Change from Last Year. There were 35 single-family homes sold during November up 25% from last November. The area continues to struggle in the supply of homes with just 20 homes on the market which places inventory down 37.5% from a year ago. The market remains very competitive for buyers with new listings only lasting 9 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 100% of their asking price and only 40% of sellers had to make any type of price reduction from the original list price to get their home sold.
