Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices are down from last October to $923,000, -9.7% less than last year. There were 16 single-family homes sold during October, a 38.5% decrease from last October. The area supply of homes was 31 active listings on the market which places inventory at 6.9% above a year ago. The market is easing for buyers with new listings lasting 26 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 96% of their asking price and 51.6% of sellers had to make a price reduction from the original list price to get their home sold.
