Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices are up from last July to $1.04M, +19.4%% more than Last Year. There were 20 single-family homes sold during July, a 53.5% decrease from last July. The area supply of homes is 31 active listings on the market which places inventory at 6.1% below a year ago. The market remains competitive for buyers with new listings only lasting 13 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 100.% of their asking price and 54.8% of sellers had to make any type of price reduction from the original list price to get their home sold.
