Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices are up from last February to $805,000 a 3.7% Change from Last Year. There were 21 single-family homes sold during February, a 4.5% decrease last February. The area continues to struggle in the supply of homes with just 23 homes on the market which places inventory down 4.2% from a year ago. The market remains very competitive for buyers with new listings only lasting 17 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 100.0% of their asking price and only 34.8% of sellers had to make any type of price reduction from the original list price to get their home sold. Still, there has been a slight market improvement for buyers from the previous month.
