Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices are up from last December to $925,000, a 14.8% Change from Last Year. There were 25 single-family homes sold during December, the same as last December. The area continues to struggle in the supply of homes with just 19 homes on the market which places inventory down 26.9% from a year ago. The market remains very competitive for buyers with new listings only lasting 9 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 103.4% of their asking price and only 26.3% of sellers had to make any type of price reduction from the original list price to get their home sold.
