April 2023 Arroyo Grande Housing Report

Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices increased from last April to $1,060,000, 24.5% more than last year. There were 20 single-family homes sold during April, down 20% from last year. The area supply of homes had 24 active listings on the market, which places inventory even with a year ago. The market is tightening for buyers, with new listings lasting just 17 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 100.0% of their asking price, and 33.3% of sellers had to make a price reduction from the original list price to sell their homes.
