April 2022 Arroyo Grande Housing Report

Arroyo Grande Median Home Prices are up from last May to $1,001,000, 34.6% higher than Last Year. There were 28 single-family homes sold during May, a 12.5% decrease from last May. The area supply of homes is increasing with 38 active listings on the market which places inventory at 52.0% above a year ago. The market remains very competitive for buyers with new listings only lasting 11 days on the market. Sellers, on average, are getting 100.0% of their asking price and 39.5% of sellers had to make any type of price reduction from the original list price to get their home sold.
